In light of the intense heatwave predictions, all Patna schools for grades up to Class VIII will dismiss students by 11 am until May 21. With temperatures rising between 38°C and 44°C, the local authorities have also set up 400 complimentary water stations throughout the city and mobilized maintenance crews to secure water supplies during this extreme heat.
